Round balers are used to compress the hay into a dense round bale. Once the hay is completely dry, it is time to bale it for transportation and storage. Then, a rake gently gathers the hay from the ground into windrows. This process improves the quality of the hay. Once cut, a tedder is used to spread out the hay to promote quick, even drying and eliminate excess moisture before bailing.
